2012-06-28 Maintenance Changes

- Max Party is now 18
- @pettalk is now enabled and a modification was added which adds "Pet" on every @pettalk usage to prevent impersonation of other players.
- 3rd job skills 3-1 was updated to latest version and some 3-2 skills, client side description is not updated we'll update it so that ppl can see the changes.
- Added more balancing settings for 3rd jobs, but to be configured/tested this week.
